Refund & Cancellation Policy

At By3 Ventures LLC, we aim to provide high-quality business and technology services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be granted.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email. Cancellation requests must be made before the project work has significantly progressed.

If a project has already begun, cancellation approval will depend on the amount of work completed at the time of the request.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a service has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.

If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed and resources used.

No refunds will be issued for completed projects, delivered digital products, or services that have been fully rendered.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services or SaaS products, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable materials, all sales are final once access has been granted, unless a technical issue prevents proper delivery.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

Change of mind after service delivery
Failure to provide required project information
Delays caused by the client
Violation of agreed terms
